Yes. Every tool on Compyrix is free to use with no sign-up required. Our calculation, conversion, formatting, and image tools run entirely in your browser with no server costs per use. Our AI-powered tools offer a generous free tier supported by display advertising. We will never charge you to use the core tools on Compyrix.

No. You can use every tool on Compyrix without registering, logging in, or providing any personal information. Just open the page and start using it. We intentionally do not offer accounts because accounts require storing personal data, which conflicts with our privacy-first design.

Compyrix currently has 19 fully functional live tools and 48 more tools in active development, for a total of 67 tools across 6 categories: Calculators, Converters, Generators, AI Tools, Image Tools, and Text Tools. We publish new tools every 2–4 weeks. You can see the full upcoming catalog on any individual "Coming Soon" tool page and sign up for launch notifications.

Your privacy is our default architecture, not an afterthought. All calculation, conversion, formatting, image, and generation tools (except AI-powered tools) run 100% client-side in your browser using JavaScript. Your text, numbers, and files never leave your device, are never uploaded, and are never stored on our servers. AI-powered tools send only the text prompt you provide to generate results, and neither prompts nor outputs are stored.

Absolutely. Compyrix is designed mobile-first with a fully responsive layout. Every tool works on phones, tablets, and desktops with touch-friendly controls, no horizontal scrolling, and all interactive elements sized to at least 44×44 pixels per iOS accessibility guidelines. The website can also be added to your home screen for an app-like experience.

Compyrix is supported by display advertising served through reputable networks including Google AdSense. We keep ads minimal, well-placed, and non-intrusive — never popups, auto-play video, interstitials, or ad blockers. You will never see paywalls, premium subscriptions, or "upgrade to pro" CTAs on tool pages. Ads are the monetization, and that is the entire business model.

All calculators use standard published formulas and internationally recognized conversion factors. Conversion factors follow ISO and NIST standards (e.g., 1 inch = 2.54 cm exactly, 1 pound = 0.45359237 kg exactly). Financial and health calculators use standard formulas widely accepted in their respective industries. Every tool is manually tested against known reference values before release. If you ever find a discrepancy, please contact us and we will fix it within 24 hours.

AI-powered tools (such as our YouTube Title Generator) produce creative content using large language models. While the output is typically high-quality and relevant, AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or nonsensical results. We strongly recommend that you always review, verify, and edit AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it. AI tools are assistants, not substitutes for human judgment.

Yes, please! User suggestions directly drive our roadmap. Visit our Contact page and describe the tool, feature, or use case you need. Every suggestion is read by a human on our team, and the most requested features get fast-tracked to the top of our development queue. We also accept bug reports and accuracy corrections through the same form.

Not yet. A browser extension with quick access to the most commonly used tools is on our roadmap for the near future, and iOS and Android apps are being evaluated. The website is a fully functional PWA-compatible mobile experience today and can be saved to your home screen, giving you an app-like experience without downloading anything.

As little as technically possible. If you only use our browser-based tools (calculators, converters, formatters, etc.), we collect no personal data at all because no data is sent to our servers. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, page URL) are retained for fewer than 30 days and used exclusively for rate limiting and abuse prevention. For AI tools, only the text prompt you enter is forwarded to the AI provider to generate a result — it is not stored after the response is returned. If you submit the contact form or a launch-notification email, we store the information you provide only until we respond or notify you.

We use a minimal set of cookies: one essential cookie to remember your cookie consent preference (accept or decline), plus cookies from our advertising and analytics partners that are only set if you accept non-essential cookies. No cookies are required to use any of the tools. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the `compyrix-cookie-consent` value in your browser localStorage.

Never. We have never sold personal data and never will. We do not have the data to sell in the first place because most processing happens in your browser. For the small amount of data we do receive (contact form submissions, notification sign-ups, AI tool prompts), we do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the service you requested (e.g., forwarding AI prompts to the AI API provider that generates the response).

Advertising partners use their own cookies and tracking technologies to serve relevant ads and measure performance. These partners may independently collect information about your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or your browser privacy controls. We never pass tool input values or generated results to advertisers — ever.

Current service providers include: our hosting and CDN (Netlify), AI API providers (including Groq), advertising networks (Google AdSense), and analytics providers. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
